The SimplePrints Beta Referral Program (“The Program”) allows selected SimplePrints users (“Referring Users”) to earn promotional credits (“Credits”) toward future purchases by referring new customers (“Referred Customers”) to SimplePrints using a personalized referral code.

 

Eligibility and Participation

• The referring user must have an active SimplePrints account in good standing and be officially enrolled in the Beta Referral Program.

• Each participant will be issued a unique referral code via email upon joining the Beta Referral Program. This code is used by the Referred Customer at checkout.

 

Qualified Referrals

To receive Credits, the following conditions must be met:

• The Referred Customer must be new to SimplePrints, having never registered an account or made a purchase previously.

• The Referred Customer must complete a purchase and enter the referral code at checkout.

• The referral credit will be issued to the Referring User only after the Referred Customer’s order has shipped.

• Each successful referral will earn the Referring User $5 in SimplePrints credit, up to a maximum of $100 per calendar year.

 

Important Notes

• Credits are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may only be applied to eligible purchases within the SimplePrints app.

• Referral codes must be entered manually at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.

• Referrals made outside the Beta Program—such as through old referral links or alternative sharing methods—do not qualify for Credits.

• Referral codes are intended for personal use. Users may share their code with friends, family, or close contacts, but they may not promote or distribute it publicly (e.g., on coupon sites, through paid ads, or on forums).

 

Abuse and Misuse

Any attempt to misuse the program, including but not limited to creating fake or duplicate accounts, using fraudulent referrals, or violating the personal sharing policy, may result in disqualification from the program, removal of earned Credits, and possible account suspension.

 

Modifications and Termination

SimplePrints reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice. Any unused Credits at the time of Program termination may be forfeited.
