SIMPLEPRINTS CORONAVIRUS GUIDELINES

Updated: Apr 14, 2023

As the news surrounding the Novel Coronavirus continues to develop, the SimplePrints team is evolving our practices and procedures to ensure the health of our team members, partners, and customers and comply with public health recommendations. Here are some of the actions we are taking:

Essential Team Members

Our printing partners are working on adjusted shifts that have significantly reduced density within the printing facility. Additionally, our partners are following current guidelines from the CDC in regard to hygiene and have implemented enhanced cleaning and sanitizing procedures, including, but not limited to, staff wearing gloves on the printing and production floor.

Domestic and International Shipping

These are challenging times, but we intend to continue providing our customers with beautiful printed products with as little disruption or delay as possible. Currently, the vast majority of SimplePrints orders destined for US and Canadian customers continue to ship and arrive on time. Our International customers, however, may experience delays or disruptions depending on the destination country, as shipping carriers throughout the world are experiencing severe delays, and, in some cases, suspensions of service. We have temporarily removed some countries as they are currently unable to accept deliveries. For information about international shipping restrictions in your country, please click here.

Non Essential Team Members

We support all team members as they work from home so as to continue to innovate the SimplePrints app and provide the great on-going service our customers have come to expect.

We want you to know we continue to work hard to make SimplePrints the best app it can be, and we are here, remotely, ready to answer your questions and help you have the best experience possible with the SimplePrints app. If you have any questions regarding actions taken during this pandemic, please send us an email at hello@simpleprints.com.
